Pectic Enzyme is recommended for all fresh fruit wines.

To ensure maximum yield of juice and flavour from fruits and alike, and to prevent possible pectin hazes.

Pectolase is used to break down pectin in wine must allowing pulp fermentation fruit wines to clear.

You can also add Pectic Enzyme to crushed fruit to increase the extraction of body and color from the pulp during the primary fermentation and pressing.

Pectin occurs naturally in fruit and although useful for making jams and jellies, will cause wines to form a haze.

Dosage: 20 ml/ 10L

Tutto perfetto, non sono esperto ma prezzo e qualità mi sembrano corretti. Ho trovato inoltre tutto quello che mi serviva senza dover spendere troppo e prendere grosse quantità. Peccato solo per le distanze.

Ich habe aus einer größeren Menge Quitten einige Flaschen Aufgesetzten hergestellt. Nach
einigen Wochen habe ich mir das Ergebnis angeschaut und war überrascht, dass in den Flaschen
keine flüssige Substanz sondern nur noch Gelee war. Nach etlichen Hinweisen im Internet,
habe ich dann das Anti-Geliermittel nach beiliegender Beschreibung angewendet, und siehe da, der
Inhalt wurde wieder flüssig. Der Aufgesetzte schmeckt hervorragend.
