  • Granulated chips are made from freshly emptied Bourbon barrels which are produced from American Oak
  • They are perfect for maturation of grain, whisky, brandy and perfectly suited for fruits spirits, such as cherry, pear and much more.
  • They are excellent for flavoring of beer, cider, wine and moonshine
  • Dose: 5-30g /10 liters wine / beer / cider / vodka
  • Maturation time: a few days to 3 months
  • Oak Flavoring Methods - Oak Tea
  • It is recommended that Oak Chips be added to a wine or beer after the fermentation.
  • Prepare Oak Chips before using by boiling in water for 15 minutes. Strain the chips off the water and then add the them directly to the wine or beer
  • Other methods flavoring beer and wine: Oak Aging and Liquor Tea.
