Natural pork casing in 28/30mm calibration. 
Length: 20 meters

  • Perfect for BBQ sausage, German "Bratwurst", polish Sausages, French "Boudin blanc", "Saucisse Montbeliard".
  • Before opening - storage in temperature of environment, in dry place.
  • These Hog Casings are perfect for hand or machine sausage manufacture.
  • This pack should be enough to produce approximately 10 kg of Sausages
  • Simply rinse off the salt and soak  the casings in warm water until soft and pliable, approx. 20 minutes. Run warm water through casings before use.

Lässt sich problemlos aufziehen, reist auch nicht ein, werden wir wieder bestellen.

Guter Darm - gute Würste 11/04/2021

Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Darm gewesen. Einfach in warmem Wasser einlegen und nach etwas Warten aufziehen. Dann kann es schon losgehen. Der Darm war durchaus robust und ist mir nur ein mal infolge eines Handhabungsfehlers beim Füllen gerissen. Sogar meinen Kindern (4 und 6) ist mit etwas Unterstützung das Füllen gut gelungen. Geschmacklich konnte ich nichts daran aussetzen und er hat auch einen angenehmen Biss.
