Active Dry Beer Yeast

Bottom fermenting strain suitable for brewing 11- 15L of Lager, Bock, Helles, German Style Pale, Doppelbock.
Lager yeast. This strain has low oxygen requirements through fermentation. Forms no yeast head throughout fermentation. Temperature range: 12° - 20°C. Very good natural setting properties and results in a green beer of good clarity and compacted yeast deposit.
Dosage: 12,5 g/15L
