Ich habe diese Hefe verwendet um Met herzustellen. Die Hefe arbeitete hervorragend und bei einer Temperatur von 25°C auch sehr schnell. Der Met schmeckt toll und hat einen hohen, natürlichen Glykol-Gehalt (sorgt einen runden Geschmack und hinterlässt den Film am Glas).
