However, the ideal condition for the process of yeast fermenting with the use of this product is between 15 and 22°C (59-71.6°F).
In order to use the yeast effectively, please follow the instructions. First of all, you need to sprinkle the yeast in minimum 10 times its weight of sterile water or wort at the temperature of 27°C ± 3°C (80°F ± 6°F). Next, you should leave the yeast to rest for 15 to 30 minutes. After that, please stir gently for another 30 minutes and pitch the obtained cream into your fermentation container. One sachet allows for the production of 20 to 30 items.

Mir hat die Aktivität die die Hefe nach dem Hinzugeben nach 24 h zeigt gut gefallen. Einfach reinschütten und nach 24 Stunden fängt es an für zwei Tage lang zu blubbern. Nach einer Woche hat man ein Bier das zum Abfüllen in Flaschen bereit ist. Ich habe das unfertige Bier schon einmal getestet und konnte einen guten Alkohol Gehalt fest stellen. Preis/Leistung ist auf jeden Fall OK zumal man aus einer Packung locker 20 bis 30 Liter Bier herstellen kann. Einen Beigeschmack konnte ich bisher nicht fest stellen.

I’ve been a home brewer for years, I’ve tried many different yeasts, but Fermentis US-05 is my go to for most ales. This dry yeast is very predictable, easy to start and will eat about any sugar within a great temperature range.
I typically use Safale US-05 when I home brew pale ales and IPAs. The expiration dates from this purchase were well into the future. All six yeasts packets where marked with an expiration date of April 2022 and I'm very please with the results they have produced. The fermentation typically starts within 12 hours and is quite vigorous. Delivery was fast and the price is less that other home brew sites.
