Thanks to the content of micronutrients and vitamins, you do not need to add nutrients. Therefore, to brew your own mead, you just need to use some water (the sachet is appropriate for up to 25l), honey and this tiny pack of distilling yeast. The yeast is suitable for all types of mead. You can also use it in the production of other alcoholic beverages: cider as well as blush wines, Gewürztraminer, Sauternes and Riesling.
This mixture is comfortable to use as it does not require making mother yeast. You just need to add it directly to the setting. This will save your time and help to avoid problems with any possible infections of your setting. It allows for the maximum of 25l of your final product. However, you need to remember that the content should not be divided into separate dosages. This high ester-producing strain confers fresh, floral esters, especially when fermented cool.
The yeast has high alcohol tolerance and ferments well over a wide temperature range, however the optimal temperature is around 30 degrees Celsius.
