The cheesecloth presented here is intended for multiple use. It has been made of polyethylene (PE2), a material that is flexible and durable. Thanks to the conical structure of holes, the scarf does not stick to the curd and produces very smooth cheese surface. In order to use it in the future, you just need to wash it in the temperature ranging from 60° up to 70° degrees Celsius.To receive the best curd drainage and cheese smoothness, it is recommended to place the curd on the internal, smooth side of the curd.Each package includes 2 pieces of 50x50cm cheesecloths.
