siehe auch meine Bemerkung zum Käsepaket, hatte das Abtropfgitter als Ergänzung hinzugekauft, bin sehr zufrieden, unbedingt eine feine Matte drauf legen, wenn die Käse jung sind sind die Abdrücke sonst zu stark und der Käse schwerer zu pflegen/schmieren
