Instruction to make 25 litres of mead
Mix 20L of water (30-35°C) with 6-9 kg of honey. Check that liquid temperature is max 30°C then add one sachet of Bulldog Mead Yeast and Nutrient. Leave to ferment in 20-30°C. Fermentation is over in 5-7 days.
