Alcotec 48 Vodka Yeast is probably the best selling turbo in the world. It is based around a "pure" yeast strain which is a temperature tolerant, high alcohol distillers strain. With the unique precisely composed nutrition, containing the nitrogen source, pH regulator, trace minerals, vitamins and an antifoaming agent, it is the perfect yeast compound for creating a high alcohol wash. It has a "dual" use, you can either use it for 20% (21% in special circumstances) alcohol in 5-6 days, or 14% in 48 hours (hence the name). The alcohol level is simply determined by the amount of sugar you add at start. Alcotec 48 includes mineral absorbents for ultra purity.
  • Method of use:  Add 15L (4 US Gal) of lukewarm (25°C, 77°F) water to your fermenter, than add sugar (see table) and mix well. Top up with water to 25L (6.6 US Gal) total adjusting temperature of liquid (see table). For fermentation time and alcohol, see table. Add contents of this sachet and mix. Note: To reach 21% alcohol you must keep liquid temperature constant between 18-24°C (64-75°F) which can not be done without cooling equipment. Ingredients: Yeast, nutrient, vitamins and trace minerals.

fonctionne sans problème. j'ai mis la moitié avec des kaki dans une bouteille de fontaine d'eau et au bout de 2 semaines je pouvais déjà sentire l alcool qui ressort des fruits attention toute fois de ne pas laisser fermenté trop longtemps 3 semaine c'est déjà trop fort

Résultat très satisfaisant. Ce qui manque c'est la date de péremption et les conditions pour la meilleure conservation de la levure rapide "Alcotec 48"

Wir haben dieses Jahr eine extrem gute Apfelernte. Das meiste haben wir gepresst und tollen Apfelsaft gemacht (sauber pasteurisiert - sonst gärt es freiwillig...!). Der Trester war mir zu schade, um ihn einfach auf den Kompost zu werfen. Also ab in das 35 Liter Gärfass, 10 L hochkonzentriertes Zuckerwasser dazu (2Kg Zucker auf 1,5 Liter Wasser), Die Hefe dazu und ca. 3 Min Rühren. Nach ca. 30 Min begann das "blubbern". Danach war ich eine Woche auf Dienstreise.
