Amateur cheesemakers try to make many types of cheese at their homes. However, it seems to be a challenge to produce their own ricotta cheese – a traditional Italian cheese made of sheep, cow, goat or water buffalo milk. Probably this is the texture of this product that is perceived so difficult to achieve. Luckily, the producers of cheesemaking accessories have a solution: a cheese mould dedicated for the ricotta cheese. In our shop you will find Cheese mould Ricotta. It allows for the production of a 100g lump of cheese. The dimensions are: 5cm indiameter and another 5cm in height. Since the milk and Lactoferm Cheese Culture, which are supposed to be formed in the shape of ricotta cheese, are liquid, it is important that the cheese form used in the production process is made of high quality materials. Leggete bene la descrizione e non aspettatevi di trovarvi delle fuscelle larghe, queste vanno bene per delle piccole forme.
non hanno piedini sotto, quindi o utilizzate dei rialzi o utilizzate le stesse fuscelle non utilizzate per far perdere il liquido al latte cagliato quando lo toglierete dal fuoco.
