Wine Yeast - Everything for winemaking

Wine yeast is one of the most important ingredients in the art of wine making. If fact, this is the wine yeast that distinguishes grape juice from wine. Why is that? Well, in the situation when there is oxygen absent in your demijohn, yeast is responsible for converting sugars included in the juice into alcohol and carbon dioxide. It means that without yeast no fermentation process could even be carried!There are a number of yeast types a winemaker can use to produce his or her homemade wine.

Some of them are better for making fruit wine and brewing, whereas others – in breadmaking. Every one of them, however, is a high quality product that meets all the requirements of the most demanding winemakers. This section includes every type of wine yeast for winemaking.
