  • KITZINGER PURE ACTIVE YEAST - BEAUJOLAIS
  • In packs of 5 g, sufficient for max. 50 litres
  • For wine-making to ferment juice of grapes and fruits, fruit-mash and for fruitbrandy.
  • Contents: active pure dried yeast.
  • Contents of the sachet are put into approx. 1/8 litre (4oz) of lukewarm water 30-35°C (86-95°F) to rehydrate for 2-3 hours. Then add the juice to be fermented. Please consider the difference in temperature between yeast mixture and juice does not exceed 2°C (3-6°F). It is best to position the fermentation tank at 15-20°C (59-68°F). Pure yeast is to be stored in a dry and cool place. Use contents of sachets all at once.
